Magic Ground Memberships

Terms, Conditions, and Benefits

I. Benefits

Unlimited admission to Magic Ground during the duration of the membership (parent or guardian must be present).
Preferred access. When the park is at capacity, Members have preferred admission.
10% Discount on summer camp and activity passes.
10% Discount on all birthday packages.
10% Discount on all restaurant purchases of $10 or more.
Free access to weekly member events (movie night for members, homework at Magic Ground, and other special events during which snacks and drinks are provided).
Risk assumption, release, and limited liability agreement is kept in file for quick admission.
Members receive a Member/Gift card with a $5 credit for food and drink purchases.

II. Terms and Conditions

A membership is required for each child and is not transferable. Magic Ground offers a 20% discount applicable to each additional membership purchase for children in the same household.
Third parties can purchase and give memberships as presents, but parent or legal guardian is require to execute a “Risk assumption, release and limited liability agreement” before first use.
Parents might receive periodic emails with events and special offers available only for members.
If you are the Parent or Legal Guardian, the Risk Assumption, Release and Limited Liability Agreement shall display in the next page and acceptance is required to complete the purchase.
